These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gonka Gateway API, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Mingles AI (“Mingles”, “we”, “us”). The Service is built on top of the public Gonka decentralized inference network. By creating an account, generating an API key, or sending requests to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Account & API keys

Each API key is tied to a single account and identifies your traffic. You are responsible for keeping keys confidential. If a key is leaked, rotate it immediately in the Console. You may not share an account with another person or organization, except via the Team plan seat structure.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

4. Plans, billing, USD and GNK

The Service is offered as:

  • a Free tier with usage quotas,
  • monthly subscription plans (Mini, Standard, Team) billed in advance,
  • pay-as-you-go charges deducted from a prepaid balance at the per-model, per-token rates published on the Pricing page.

You may pay in:

  • USD via Stripe (cards) — billed against your USD balance, or
  • GNK token on-chain — billed against your GNK balance, with a 10% discount on subscription and per-token rates as published.

GNK/USD exchange rates used to display GNK prices are refreshed periodically from public market data and may lag short-term market moves. Each invoice locks the rate at issue time. Mingles is not a money-services business and does not custody GNK on your behalf; deposits into the platform wallet are credited as prepaid Service credit, not held as a deposit.

Prepaid balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Service. We may update pricing at any time; material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. On-chain GNK deposits, once credited, are refundable only in GNK at the rate originally credited; we cannot reverse on-chain transactions.

6. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party model operators on the Gonka network and on the network’s own consensus. We may rate-limit, fail over, or temporarily suspend traffic to protect the platform. Status is at https://gonka-gateway.mingles.ai/status.

7. Content and ownership

You retain all rights in your prompts and inputs (“Customer Content”). You grant Mingles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

Because the Service routes requests through the Gonka network, Customer Content may be processed by independent inference providers participating in that network. The protocol minimizes what providers see, but you should not submit secrets or regulated data through any LLM API, ours or otherwise.

We do not train models on Customer Content.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the website, documentation, brand, and proprietary code, is owned by Mingles AI. The Gonka network protocol is open source and not owned by Mingles.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MODEL OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINGLES’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD 100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Mingles against third-party claims arising out of your use of the Service, Customer Content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risk, or as required by law. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated date and notify registered users by email for material changes.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mingles AI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
