Refund Policy

1. 7-day money-back on first paid month (USD only)

Your first paid subscription month, paid in USD via Stripe, is refundable in full within 7 days of the initial charge, for any reason. Email billing@mingles.ai from the email on your account.

This applies once per account.

2. GNK subscriptions

Subscriptions paid in GNK are not refundable on a 7-day window, because GNK on-chain settlements are final and exchange-rate exposure cannot be reversed. We will, however, issue a one-time GNK credit equal to the unused portion of the first month if you request cancellation within 7 days and have not exceeded 25% of the included token quota.

3. Ongoing subscription cancellations

You may cancel at any time in the Console. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the period end. No pro-rated cash refund for unused days, except in cases below.

4. Pro-rated refunds we do issue

  • We discontinue all models you primarily relied on, with less than 14 days’ notice.
  • A documented incident reduced usable capacity by >50% of the period for >72 hours.
  • Duplicate or accidental charge.
  • Demonstrable billing error on our side.

Refunds: USD → Stripe original method; GNK → on-chain to your linked wallet (network fees deducted).

5. Prepaid balance

  • USD balance (Stripe top-up): refundable to the original card for 30 days from purchase, minus usage.
  • GNK balance (on-chain deposit): refundable on-chain for 30 days, minus usage and network fees, to the originating wallet.

After 30 days, balances remain usable but non-refundable.

If your account is closed by you with a balance below the equivalent of USD 5, it is forfeited; above USD 5, we refund within 30 days.

6. Free tier

No charges, no refunds.

7. Chargebacks

If you chargeback without contacting billing@mingles.ai first, we may suspend your account during the dispute.

8. How to request

Email billing@mingles.ai with invoice number or transaction hash. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
